National Retail Properties (NNN) came out with quarterly funds from operations (FFO) of $0.62 per share,can you straight pipe a diesel without deleting it missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.66 per share. This compares to FFO of $0.70 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.
This quarterly report represents an FFO surprise of -6.06%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this retail real estate investment trust would post FFO of $0.60 per share when it actually produced FFO of $0.65, delivering a surprise of 8.33%.
Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus FFO estimates just once.
National Retail Properties, which belongs to the Zacks REIT and Equity Trust - Retail industry, posted revenues of $157.87 million for the quarter ended September 2020, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 5.49%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $168.22 million. The company has topped consensus revenue estimates three times over the last four quarters.
